SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Thank you for ordering with Yuxibu.
Depending on your choice of shipping, our deliveries follow the respective delivery time. When the package has arrived at the buyer's place, the buyer needs to pick it up within 14 days. Delivery has been done when the buyer or a representative of the buyer has picked up the package.
Shipping is calculated at the time of purchase for all domestic shipments based on your choice of time of delivery. Shipments are sent from Oslo, Norway.

Yuxibu ships internationally with USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International, and DHL upon request.
Transit times with DHL are generally 3 business days but may be delayed by customs. To determine transit time for your country using DHL please click here.
Countries with known problems at customs that may reject or delay the arrival of your shipment are: Spain, France, Mexico and most of Latin America. Yuxibu is not responsible for any shipments that are held at customs.
Yuxibu is not responsible for any additional duty or customs fees.
Customers will receive a tracking number from UPS once their shipment has been sent. Please use the tracking number provided to you to track your shipment at www.ups.com or www.usps.com.
If you are having problems tracking your shipment, please email us at email@example.com to request your tracking number.
If you have received defective goods please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after discovery of the defect, at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the matter.
Return & exchange policy
If for whatever reason you change your mind with our products, then please return them within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or store credit in the form of the original payment with proof of purchase.
Only products that have not been opened and still sealed will be refunded.
Unfortunately, returns and exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
